This month's meeting was held in the BPL meeting room as well as on Zoom. Members present: Jennifer, Glen, Marilyn, Rick, Sue, Natalie, Marshall, Jeni, and Debbie.
Treasurer's report: $573.42, no sales since January of the anthology.
Last month's meeting was a write-in, and Jennifer, Jaqui, and Natalie each totaled some impressive numbers, and made headway on their respective projects. The next write-in will be in November.

OKRWG (Oklahoma Romance Writers Guild) has two opportunities coming up--
1. Sept week 1 is virtual book fair, 25.00 to enter your book, Jen suggested we enter the WW poetry anthology, motion was made and carried.
2. Cupid awards short story contest opens Sept 1 - Oct 1. 1500 - 2000 words, $10 each entry. Winners announced June 1st

November has the Heart Awards, OWFI comes up in Jan. There are lots of chances to get your work in somewhere!

"Books and Brews" at Cooper and Mill Saturday, October 8th from 11-3pm
flyers go out about 2 weeks ahead. Order copies of your books if you need and get the word out!
Next Meeting will be Sept 20th at BPL, Rick is presenting a workshop on the craft of writing.
